Здание сохранило свою изначальную функцию — сейчас здесь Тамбовский музыкально-педагогический институт имени С. Рахманинова (который, кстати, в 1909 году был в институте с инспекцией, по итогам которой остался доволен высоким качеством подготовки музыкантов).

Tambov, the building of the former Musical College (1903, architect F. Svirchevsky).
The building has retained its original function — now inside there’s the Tambov Music and Pedagogical Institute named after S. Rachmaninov (this composer, by the way, was here with an inspection in 1909, and was satisfied with the high quality of musicians’ training).
