Комплекс зданий усадьбы маслозаводчика В. Бородинова в Нижнем Новгороде — основное здание и флигель с лавкой (начало XX века).
Люблю такие домики — вдали от шумного «вылизанного» центра и туристических троп. Особенно мне «зашло» здание торговой лавки (заглавное фото) — такой наивный, трогательный и уютный модерн, от которого теплеет на душе.
Эти фото были сделаны в 2020 году, а уже в следующем реставрация таки добралась и до этих домиков: результат «обновления» торговой лавки — на последнем фото.
Как по-вашему, стало лучше или хуже?

The estate of the butter manufacturer V. Borodinov in Nizhny Novgorod — the main building and an outbuilding with a trade shop (beginning of the 20th century).
I do love such houses — far from the noisy «renovated» center and tourist trails. I especially liked the building of the trading shop (the title photo) — such a naive and cozy Art nouveau that warms my soul.
These photos were taken in 2020, and already in the next year the restoration reached these houses: the result of the “updating” of the trading shop is in the last photo.
Do you think it got better or worse?
