В Ростов Великий едут прежде всего за деревянным модерном, но в городе есть и несколько любопытных каменных домов — например, этот особняк в стиле то ли северного, то ли рационального модерна (1910-е гг).
Недавно дом был частично отреставрирован — как видно из карусели, средств хватило только на половину дома. И очень жаль, что кирпич в очередной раз покрасили вместо того, чтобы очистить до исходного цвета😔
