Early 20th century poster celebrating the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty, 1613-1913.
The poster depicts emperors and their consorts, as well as empresses, however, not all of them are represented in this poster.
Note that both empresses Maria Feodorovna (left) and Alexandra Feodorovna (right), are depicted at the top of the poster. Russian Court custom dictated that an Empress Dowager took precedence over an Empress Consort.
Tsesarevich Alexei Nikolaevich is depicted at the bottom of the poster on the right, while his namesake St. Alexius of Moscow (1296–1378), is depicted on the far left bottom.
