Этот милый модерновый заборчик был обнаружен мной в Ярославле, на коротенькой улице Кедрова.
При этом здание, которое он ограждает (дом почтмейстера Попова, ул. Кедрова, 3/8), очень простое — оно было построено аж в первой половине XVIII века, и с тех пор практически не изменилось (см. фото 5, с Викимапии).
Подозреваю, что изначально ограда выглядела примерно так же, но в начале XX века её решили «реновировать», чтобы владение хотя бы частично соответствовало модным архитектурным тенденциям🧐

This cute art-nouveau fence was discovered by me in Yaroslavl.
The building inside is very simple — it was built in the first half of the 18th century, and since then has practically not changed (see photo 5).
I suspect that initially the fence looked about the same, but at the beginning of the 20th century it was «renovated» because the owner wanted his property to at least partially correspond to fashionable architectural trends🧐
