Дом купца Маурцева с магазином (начало XX в., архитектор В. Снурилов) в уездном городе Шуя.
Первый этаж сохранил не только своё торговое предназначение (сейчас там магазин цветов и семян), но и метлахскую плитку при входе и в самом торговом зале.
На последнем фото — этот же дом весной 2017 года. Проездная арка справа тогда была заделана, а слева располагался ещё один магазин — судя по всему, вход в него был прямиком с парадной лестницы (увы, сейчас её «охраняет» домофон😔).

The house of the merchant Maurtsev with a shop (beginning of the 20th century, architect V. Snurilov) in the town Shuya.
The first floor has retained not only its trading purpose (now there is a flower and seed shop), but also metlakh tiles at the entrance and in the trading hall.
In the last photo — the same house in the spring of 2017. The arch on the right was then closed up, on the left there was another store — apparently, the entrance to it was straight from the main staircase (alas, now it is «guarded» by an intercom😔).
