Детали фасада бывшего училища при Богородско-Глуховской мануфактуре в Ногинске (1908). Майолики на украшение явно не пожалели👍
Здание порадует глаз любителя модерна не только обилием сине-зелёной и розовой плитки (ей украшены даже трубы!), но и «родными» оконными рамами с красивой расстекловкой. Если присмотреться, видно, что за деревянными рамами есть белые пластиковые — их установили в качестве внутренних, сохранив внешние.
По фасаду хорошо видно, что за более чем 110 лет он не был тронут ремонтами, реставрациями или, упаси боже, реконструкциями. Я очень ценю, когда здание выглядит практически так же, как сразу после постройки — пусть лучше будет некоторая неухоженность и следы времени на фасаде, чем пластиковые окна и толстый слой свежей штукатурки, напрочь убивающие дух старины.

The building will delight the eye of Art Nouveau lover not only with an abundance of blue-green and pink tiles (even pipes are decorated!), but also with original window frames with beautiful glass-glazing. If you look closely, you can see that there are white plastic frames behind the wooden frames — they were installed as internal ones, while keeping the external ones.
The facade clearly shows that for more than 110 years it has not been touched by repairs, restorations or, God forbid, reconstructions. I really appreciate when a building looks almost the same as immediately after construction — let it be better to have some neglect and traces of time on the facade than plastic windows and a thick layer of fresh plaster, completely killing the spirit of antiquity.
