Рыбинск (Ярославская обл.), бывший доходный дом Крашенинниковых-Седова на углу Крестовой улицы и Преображенского переулка.
Дом, даром что находится в самом центре, ещё на момент съёмки (2014 год) выглядел так себе. В 2019 он попал в рыбинские новостные ленты в связи с включением в Единый государственный реестр объектов культурного наследия в качестве памятника местного значения. Увы, на состоянии дома это сказалось разве что установкой фальшфасада, призванного скрыть от жителей и гостей города аварийное состояние новоявленного памятника архитектуры😒

Rybinsk (Yaroslavl Region), the former Krasheninnikov-Sedov apartment building at the corner of Krestovaya Street and Preobrazhensky Lane.
The house, even though it is in the very center of the city, looked not very good in 2014, when I took this photo. In 2019, it got into the Rybinsk news feeds due to its inclusion in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Objects as a monument of local importance. Alas, this only affected the condition of the house by installing a false facade designed to hide from residents and guests of the city the emergency state of the newly-minted architectural monument😒
