Фасад бывшего доходного дома фирмы «Ф. Сергеев и сыновья» (F. Sergejeffin Pojat ja Kumpp), о чём до сих пор напоминает высеченная в граните надпись над центральным входом (судя по старым фото здания, она недавно была реставрирована, как и весь фасад).
Дом был построен в 1908 году для крупного выборгского предпринимателя Ф. И. Сергеева — владельца табачной фабрики, пивоваренного завода и оптово-торговой фирмы. Автором проекта стал городской архитектор Выборга Пааво Уотила. Изначально здание украшала часовая башенка, ныне утраченная (видна на последнем фото).

The facade of the former apartment building of the firm «F. Sergeev and Sons» (F. Sergejeffin Pojat ja Kumpp), which is still reminiscent of the inscription carved in granite above the main entrance (according by the old photos of the building, it was recently restored, like the entire facade).
The house was built in 1908 for a Vyborg businessman F. I. Sergeev, the owner of a tobacco factory, a brewery and a wholesale trading company. The author of the project was the city architect of Vyborg Paavo Uotila. Initially, the building was decorated with a clock tower, now lost (visible in the last photo).
