In the center of the palace, you can actually see the arches which surround the Italian Courtyard.
I spent a week in Yalta back in October 2000, and I am so glad that I had an opportunity to visit Livadia on numerous occasions during that time. I have many wonderful memories of wandering through the interiors and around the gardens.
I cannot believe that it has been 23 years since I was last there, the palace has undergone many changes since. I long to return.
