1896 Coronation uniform of Emperor Nicholas II + PHOTOS
During his coronation in Moscow in May, 1896, the last Russian emperor Nicholas II wore the uniform of a colonel of the Preobrazhensky Life Guards Regiment.
His uniform has survived to this day, and is on permanent display in the Armoury Chamber of the Moscow Kremlin.
